For me responsible to pay commissions and or receive commissions and i do have to process them in the system, would help me a lot and would cut half of the time i have to keep looking in two different reports.
I appreciate Customer Service created to me some reports that helped me a lot, but having the invoice number easily keyed in and being able to grant all the reservation would help me a lot....and i think it would help other Hotels as well.
