The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features

  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Folio Adjustment for past days

Adjustments have to be done for each day and can only be done as a discount, it would be helpful to void and repost all daily charges in one process with the desired rate schedule.

    Making retroactive adjustments would be a headache for accounting!  If you reverse yesterday's room charge this morning, you cannot repost it using yesterday's date.  Changing the posting date is a recipe for fraud and theft.  What happens today gets posted on todays date.  This is why it is important to get everything correct when taking reservations and when checking guests in.

    Any changes to previously posted rates should be made obvious so that any misuse or discrepancy can be investigated.
