When we have a group arriving where each individual pays for their stay on their own, we swipe the credit card, but room key is only authorizing for the incidental fee, not the room+tax+incidental amount. We have to manually go back and increase the hold on the credit card.

Thank you for bringing forth your idea.
I would recommend contacting our RoomKeyPMS Technical Support Team at 1-800-234-5695 option 3 then 1 from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, Monday to Friday as it maybe the way that the groups are being set up. The technical support can investigate into the issue to see why the reservations are not auto populating the authorizations for room and taxes as well

You can change the setting when creating the group under - "Primary - contact & billing info" if guest is paying for own stay select folio 1 at the top, if someone else is paying select folio 8.
This should solve your issue.
