Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features

  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap

show blank reports

When running reports on Night Audit, the "Credit Card Transactions" Report has no window or report to show whatsoever if there were no transactions. This can be confusing to new personnel. Can we at least have a window showing there WERENT any transactions ran that day to avoid confusion. You have this feature active when running a "Shift Reconciliation" report(comes up as a blank page) but NOT as an option for the Night Auditors reports?

    Good afternoon,

    Thank you for bringing forth your idea.

    The Credit Card Transaction Report is an active report meaning if a posting was done on a specific day then it will always show the credit card payment on that time frame that you search for. If there are no postings then unfortunately the reports will still generate but with no information on it.
