Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Note: Ideas submitted to this portal are for collaboration and brainstorm for future releases.  This portal is monitored but it not to be utilized as a support ticket system.  We will facilitate a professional code of conduct to create meaningful discussion around product development. DO NOT RENT

Sometimes we get guests that we would prefer not to rent to again. It would be nice to have a feature where if said guest tries to rent a room at a future date, their name would be flagged in the system as "DO NOT RENT" or something similar to inform our employees not to rent to them or that the person is a problem and to monitor them.

    Good afternoon,

    Thank you for bringing forth your idea.

    If you go to the "Guest Profile" Module (Operations -> Guest Profile), you can search for a specific guest profile and set a DO NOT RENT.

    When a agent is creating a new reservation and they try to search for the guest name, it will be highlighted in red to notify the agent as a DO NOT RENT and if they try to select it, a warning message will appear as well.
