It would be nice if when we check a guest in AFTER midnight for only that night, there was an option to input the CORRECT checkin/checkout date and NOT have to leave it up to the guest to know/remember checkout is the same day they checked in, or have to have front desk go and make sure they are checked out. It would be great if the system (roomkey) AUTOMATICALLY did this, but an option without a bunch of extra steps would be better than nothing

Thank you for bringing forth your idea.
I would recommend to check the property's "Rollover" time (System Configurations-> Property -> Rollover)
because the Rollover Function allows transactions to be posted to the previous day and allows check-ins to the previous day as well. At midnight, any remaining arrivals still due in that day will be relocated to the No Show screen; you will have up until the Rollover time to check these guests in.

Yes, please fix this .
This is a constant issue for us.
The ability to "post payment to previous day" is nice, but it would be even better to "check-in to previous day" as well. After midnight walk-ins are such a headache, especially during busy seasons!
