Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Suppress reservation and Guest notes from Reservation Report

It would be good to suppress notes on the Reservation Report. This report is similar to the confirmation but can be printed for in-house guests as well. Reservation or Guest notes should only be included on arrival or specific reports and nothing that could ever be given to the guest. With the reservation report being like a confirmation, it most likely would only be printed for a guest and not used internally so there is no need to have the notes on it.

    Good afternoon,

    Thank you for bringing forth your idea.

    The "Reservations" button allows you to view & print a Reservation Report for a specific reservation. This report is intended for Internal Use Only and should not be shared with guests as it will display Guest Notes at the bottom of the report. The format of this report cannot be customized.
