Thank you for bringing forth your idea.
The system will only show the average rate when the rates fluctuate on a reservation if you are wanting to see the rates per night on a reservation where the nightly rate fluctuates then I would recommend selecting the "Reg Card" button as this will show you any In House reservations nightly rate.
