It would be helpful to receive a cancellation confirmation when a customer cancels their reservation online so we know that a credit is due and needs to be processed.

As a patch you might consider using report wizard to build a cancellation report that will show you what Clerk cancelled reservations over a selected time frame. This would allow you to pick off reservations made via Internet Special (that is how it shows for the BE for my properties), or the RSI Interfaces clerk.
