Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

You NEED to provide normalized data for reporting.

The data coming out of RoomKey doesn't seem to give much effort into providing a normalized dataset.  With Segmentation, its very difficult to find a single source report that will give me a breakdown of segmentation.  I have made a workaround with Rosamund that will allow me to finegle what I need....but its not a long term solution and isn't viable for any future properties.

    Have you checked in report wizard to see if you can build a report that will pull in all the data that you are looking for?  What all data are you wanting on it?  Client type, rate type, etc.  Might be a possible work around for you.
