Recognize scroll wheel on reports displayed on screen

9 times out of 10 I can get what I need looking at a report on the screen, but often the information I am looking for is near the bottom. I use the scroll wheel on my mouse EVERY SINGLE TIME and then when it doesn't do anything I have to use an alternate scrolling method.
