Currently, RoomKey allows for more than one agent to be in any given existing reservation at a time which could create significant errors. When this occurs, the last agent to save their change will override what is being done by the other agent who happened to save their change first. Due to the system being cloud based two agents could be in the same reservation and not know it thus, creating a huge issue if both agents are updating/changing the reservation for different reasons. A change is needed to limit access to an existing reservation to one agent at a time with a pop-up window to display what agent is currently in the reservation record, should a second agent try to open the reservation and prevent it from opening until the first agent saves their change(s).
