Less steps to create a new reservation

Less steps to create a new reservation.. It should also take the user from top - down and right to left.  Instead of bouncing us up  and down back to refresh etc. to make a reservation.   It should also follow the flow that a reservationist would take. Availability, Room type, Price, then Name.
