By adding a highlight to the reservation list and a seperate color to the Tape Chart for Non-Guaranteed reservations we can quickly see what reservations have not made a deposit to guarantee their reservation. This will allow us to do a follow up to be sure that the guests really wants the reservation or if we can cancel the reservation and return the room to open inventory.
