Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Option for "Email Master Folio" @ C/O on the Check-Out Pop-Up Window

An additional check box option for "Email Master Folio" next to the "Print Master Folio" option on the Guest Check-Out pop-up window. This feature would be beneficial to our team and our guests for several reasons.

  • Saves our front desk valuable time and provides our team a more efficient way to email guest folios @ C/O.
  • Allows us to provide a more consistent paperless option for providing guest records; as well as an option for paperless Express C/O. *Important for our team as we have found that our busy corporate guests appreciate the convenience of an Express C/O option*
  • With most industries taking a more paperless & environmentally friendly approach to business; many of our guests expect digital documents as standard. This additional feature would support that modern ideology. 
  • Provides our guests with a more convenient way to file and view their previous stay records in today's digital age. 

Our team has been using the Match & Merge feature with much success; and we have noticed that with more complete and accurate guest information also comes an opportunity for a more personalized guest experience. We have many repeat guests that appreciate us having up to date information on file relating to their previous stays and their preferences. Many of our guests work with local companies that expense their stays; and a more consistent emailed folio option would be great for these guests. Many more of our guests simply prefer the Paperless option to avoid waste. Whatever our guest's reasoning is for preferring an emailed folio, this additional feature would work great in cooperation with up to date records from Match & Merge.

To close, being that guest notes & emails carry over stay to stay while using the Match & Merge feature; the addition of an option for "Email Guest Folio" would help our team provide a better service to our guests in a more efficient & effective manner.
