Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

eRes Displayed Room Inventory needs to change/reset when dates are changed

We're having an increased occurrence of booking errors online. When guests are booking they are not clicking the "SEARCH AVAILABILITY" button after changing the dates on the "Rates" step and are incorrectly booking a room for the wrong day. We have had several in the last week and they are not very nice when they discover it and call in. They expect a full refund. Is there a way to make eRes so if they change the dates they can't continue on in the booking process until they hit the "check availability" button or a way that the current displayed rooms are hidden till they click the button?

I see this as a human use error, but it clearly needs fixed quickly. With the increased use of Ajax to auto update on every change people are becoming used to and expecting live updates.
