Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Do Not Disclose Rate Indicator

When there is an OTA-PP reservation or reservation with a rate that should not be disclosed to guest-- for there to be a blinking red indicator as we have had before to remind guest services agent

    Good morning,

    Thank you for bringing forth your idea.

    As the “Hide Rate” feature is available on RoomKeyPMS, this feature is currently located within the "Client Type" and the “Rate Wizard” module where you can set the "Hide Rate" function for a specific client type or rate plan.
