Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap

Rooming List in group

It would be wonderful when using the multi name/share function inside of a group to be able to print off the rooming list/reservations to include the multi name.  This would be beneficial when you have a team booked and you want to have all the reservations under the team name and then each player in each room, and then a coach wants a rooming list.  Currently we have to squeeze each player into the first and last name section of the reservation and give it to them that way.  Now this is not crucial to have but it would make things easier

    You are not able to pull one last name for trans. of calls if you have more than one last name it won't pull unless filed under guest share. We need more characters for adding names, the first name if you have William/Katherine it will cut off the e and you have to change res in group module to add the e. this is frustrating.

    This is a must. We are having huge problems for not being able to list both shares in reservations.

    This is so important when giving group contacts the rooming list! They need to see their group details are entered correctly, all names need to be searchable in room key, and all guests would be able to see their reservation ID number next to their own name.

    I agree the guest share is wonderful, but working with groups it would be nice for the names attached to each room print out. Squeezing the names in to the last and first names column doesn't work after a certain number of characters. This also stops clerks from being able to search the multiple last names since it doesn't recognize more than one last name entered.
