Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Mark Up Tape Chart for Group Reservations

This issue is for smaller hotels: In the case of a group block, until a specific room is assigned to a member of the group, on the Tape Chart the room looks available if a potential guest was to CALL or WALK-IN, resulting in double-booking a room.

    This is a must for our hotel as we have many groups that fully book our hotel. We have groups that book over a year in advance and not everybody remembers the dates that have been booked before telling someone we have availability.
