We would love to see the ability to specify what time frame we would like our inventory to be pushed to our online booking engine (in our case travelclick) . We are currently faced with overbooking issues and we believe that a portion of this is due to last rooms being booked in RoomKey while guests are also shopping online. If we had the ability to set our transmit time to say 1 or 2 minutes this would alleviate a large amount of our problems as we would be close to real time updates. I have been able to do this with numerous PMS systems in the past and it has been a life saver as our region is not built for overbookings because all hotels are typically all sold out and we are a drive region that our average guest is 2 plus hours drive to us and it is hard to turn them away once they have traveled all that distance.
