Ability to add/review Shared Guest info in Pre-Arrival

This has been brought up by a few properties in during demos. To be able to have the Main Guest add and/or review the Shared Guest information.

Additionally, some property also get all the guests in the room to sign the Reg Card - Would need a way to do this.
