Add a Function option named "OTA / GDS" attached to Client Type by the same name (OTA/GDS), which would attched to property's BAR rate plan. This traffic is "clean"--meaning dominated by one class of traveler (transient) making this idea appealing to all hotels. The Function code would populate a drop down menu consisting of each hotels' major GDS and OTA channels.
Wouldn't this be a great way to track the point of origin for all on-line reservations?; and thereby help also with commission reports?
