Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Note: Ideas submitted to this portal are for collaboration and brainstorm for future releases.  This portal is monitored but it not to be utilized as a support ticket system.  We will facilitate a professional code of conduct to create meaningful discussion around product development. City Ledger invoice email subject line & email text change template

When sending out invoices from the city ledger, it would be great if the subject line was more detailed with the invoice number, not just the guest name, for example: Invoice #29901 John Smith; from The Ozone Hotel.

As well as the text below the attachment was more personalised from the hotel, instead of 'please find attached city invoice'. An example of this could be:

Please find attached invoice from the Ozone Hotel.

I find myself manually changing the subject line of the invoice to ensure it gets opened by the client/guest which will result in prompt payment.
