Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Fullstream: Make "Use Terminal" the Default

It would be very helpful if the “Use Terminal” box was marked by default for all clerks when the Fullstream processor box pops up during check-in.

It is a tiny box and easily overlooked when staff are busy. It is easy to realize you don’t want to use the terminal and go back and change to online only. But if you don't check the box and hit "post," the transaction just happens and it takes a number of steps to undo.

Because the box is unmarked, I've had to manually approve a number of transactions after check-out. This creates a higher risk that something won't be approved and I'll just be out the money and the guest will have already left.
