Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Hurdle Rates communicating to eres website.

We work with the G3 RMS system behind Room Key. The Last Room Value communicates to Room Key to appropriate block rates under the Hurdle Rate. However, we have found that these restrictions do not communicate to the website and rooms are still available for one night stays under the LRV/Hurdle Rate. After speaking with Room Key Support I understand that this is not something that can currently happen. Please update this capability. Our guests are frustrated that they receive different answers when calling the hotel versus going online to book. We would like G3 RMS to be able to work effectively pushing restrictions when the demand is there based on the room type. Hard coding restrictions defeats the revenue maximizing capabilities of working with a background system like G3 RMS.
