The mobile check in message cannot be edited so our guests are interpreting it as their room is ready for check in. It would be helpful to be able to add a message such as "Our team is working hard to prepare your room for arrival today. If you would like to start the check in process before you arrive please use the link below."

This feature continues to be a frequent ask across several properties. We are seeing confusion from guest and would like to be able to clarify the verbiage to improve the guest experiance.
