You should have an option for 0 nights reservations. Our no-shows often show up after audit- the process to check them in is a pain. You have to overbook the hotel as you don't allow for 0 nights reservation. Plus it changes the rate and you cannot reinstate the reservation- why? I understand you operate in a way where you want to charge arrivals 48 hrs before, but we don't and it makes it harder. Give us options please!
