Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Store Credit Card for a Share Guest and access this CC during Post Payment and Check-Out

When adding a Share Guest to a reservation, a new guest profile is created for the Share Guest (or an existing profile can be attached) But credit card information cannot be recorded. Even if CC info is present on the profile in Guest Profile module, it cannot be accessed when using Post Payment on the reservation, or when doing a guest check-out.

Currently, users have to process the credit card for the Share Guest as if it were a new CC payment. It would be helpful if this CC info could be stored for the Share Guest and accessible when using Post Payment and Check-Out.
