In the area under <reports> <confirmation reminder> I like that I can send a reminder a day before the arrival and that I can add an attached note. However I would like 1. Select who to email. 2. Make personalized pre-arrival letters. As it is now you have to send them all at one time and the same letter to everyone. I would rank this much higher than 'nice to have' but not critical for operations. How about ranking highly needed for excellent customer service?
