Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features

Print registration card before day of arrival/Print all registration cards for a guest's stay at once

Frequently, a guest has multiple reservations during one stay just because of the rate they were able to get or the room type. If a guest has two or three reservations throughout their stay, it would be beneficial if we were able to print all their registration cards at once. This would allow us to pre-register the guest, so we would not need to have the guest bother to come down and re-check in mid-stay. Right now, in these cases, the guest has to come to the front desk multiple times during their stay because we can only print the registration card on the day of arrival.

    This should be implemented - our afternoon shift used to make the registration cards/packets and have them ready for Night Audit and the next morning's shift.  Now, Night Audit HAS to do them the same day of arrival, which is not ideal.
