Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Guest service charges attached to a room charge code should follow the routing set-up for room & tax

Guest service charges attached to a room charge code does not route along with room charge on the same folio 
so there is no way to make all their reservations from expedia that is set-up to be routed to folio8 to have the service charge attached on the room charge also get routed to folio 8. the service charges were posted on folio1
