Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Save things as PDF

Really need the ability to save things as PDFs.

    We have no problem sending pdf reports. As long as you have adobe pdf software then in the print screen you can choose the pdf writer, save to desktop then attach to an email

    Or at least give us access to our Printer Menu and we can get our own PDF Printer

    A pdf file would be great, as emailing confirmation from within Room Key doesn't always work. Room Key has trouble sending confirmations to hotmail and me.com (icloud) email addresses , so we have to send confirmations from our regular email

    It feels embarrassing and unprofessional sending jpg confirmations to a guest, this is desperately needed.

    If you have a PDF Writer from Adobe (or another 3rd Party PDF Writer) and you set this as your Default Printer on your computer, the reports will print to PDF.

    If you do not want to set the Default Printer to PDF, most of the Statistical and forecast reports have a little Printer Setting icon (looks like a printer with a wrench through it) where you can change the Printer for that particular print out.

    However, because this does not exist on all reports, future consideration will be given to add PDF print option.

    We do a release every 56 days and based on the needs of all our customers this feature idea will go into our product planning process.
