Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Stay on current tab (FOLIO or GUEST INFO) when switching between guests.

So, this idea is exactly how RoomKey used to work. For example, when I'm on the departures list and I am clicking between guests to see who is paid, it should stay on the FOLIO tab. Instead, right now, it switches every time to GUEST INFO tab when I move between guests. This is inconvenient and makes more work for whoever needs to check through the departures to ensure they're paid in full and that authorizations match the stay balance due. The change in functionality only happened recently and it should be changed back to keep things simple and ensure that efficiency in our hotels are maintained. Thank you.

    After a previous update, if you were on the folio tab then switched guests, the system would freeze.  To fix the problem they set the system to the way it is today.  Windows 10 is SO wonderful.

    I agree.  I read somewhere they changed this due to a timeout error with windows 10, however as you stated this does cause a problem when doing credit checks etc.
