Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features

Use Terminal box stop being auto checked

When creating a new future reservation with a guest over the phone and taking their credit card deposit the Use Terminal box is auto checked. It would be much more convenient if that box was not auto checked. Yes, we can uncheck it but if we have go elsewhere within the reservation, do any kind of editing or adding notes it then checks that box again and won't let you uncheck it. So then we have to uncheck the deposit box, OK the reservation, then do the Post Payment button at the top. So many more steps that we shouldn't have to do.

    Greeting Anne,

    Yes you should be able to uncheck the use terminal box. When adding in additional guest information such as guest notes you should not have to uncheck the use terminal box again.
