Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

Add the ability to set a staggered Cancellation Policy

For example: bookings cancelled within 48 hours of guest arrival have a 100% cancellation fee, bookings cancelled within 49-168 hours of guest arrival have a 25% cancellation fee, and bookings cancelled 169 hours or more before guest arrival are fee-exempt.

When using the Policy module, it would be helpful to be able to set a hourly-range instead of just one "Number of hours before arrival" field. Currently, to accommodate the example above, the system is setup to charge a 100% cancellation fee for bookings cancelled within 168 hours of guest arrival and then the FD Agent has to manually calculate 25% of the charge if the booking is cancelled 49-168 hours before arrival.
