Ideas for RoomKeyPMS

The goal of this portal is to:

  1. Collect your suggestions and ideas on RoomKeyPMS features
  2. To better understand your priorities   
  3. Review your ideas when planning the RoomKeyPMS roadmap  
  4. Update you on the features being considered and implemented in future releases

Note: Ideas submitted to this portal are for collaboration and brainstorm for future releases.  This portal is monitored but it not to be utilized as a support ticket system.  We will facilitate a professional code of conduct to create meaningful discussion around product development. Ability to Flag reservation

Itwould be helpful if you could have a tick off to display a colored flag that would indicate to staff that there was something special with this reservation.

    We do a release every 56 days and based on the needs of all our customers this feature idea will go into our product planning process.

    We prefer noting the reservation with VIP if they're really VIPs for the hotel.  If there is just something special about them such as requests/arrangements or they are handle with care guests, yes would be good if they can be identified somehow.

    Something special with the reservation, you could just turn the reservation VIP so it shows green?
